Coriander, Black Pepper, Cumin, Cardamom, Ashwagandha, Dry Ginger, Liquorice, Fennel, Wheat, Turmeric, Clove, and other spices and herbs
Boil 1 teaspoon in 150-200 ml water or milk for 3-5 mins. Strain and consume warm. Add jaggery or sweetener if desired.
