Our policies for cancellations, refunds, returns and order delivery.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window โ 4 HoursCancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 4 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the merchant and shipping has been initiated. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
Quality IssuesHombisilu does not accept general cancellation requests, but a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
Damaged or Defective Items โ Report Within 1 DayIn case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team within 1 day of receipt of products. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at their own end.
Not as Described โ Report Within 1 DayIf you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, please bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 day of receiving the product. The customer service team will take an appropriate decision after looking into your complaint.
Warranty ProductsIn case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them directly.
Refund Processing TimeIn case of any refunds approved by Hombisilu, it will take 10 days for the refund to be processed to you.
Return Policy
Only such items are replaced by us (based on an exchange request), if such items are found defective or damaged.
We are unable to accept returns for change of mind or for perishable items once opened.
Shipping Policy
Courier PartnersOrders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
Dispatch TimeOrders are shipped within 4 days from the date of the order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company/post office norms.
Delivery AddressDelivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery confirmation will be sent to your email ID as specified at the time of registration.
Delivery DelaysPlatform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authority. If there are any shipping costs levied, the same are not refundable.
