At Hombisilu, we take pride in the quality of every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for: damaged or broken products, wrong product delivered, or defective/spoiled products upon delivery. We cannot accept returns for change of mind on perishable food items.
How to Raise a Request
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

- Our team will review within 24 hours
- Upon approval, we arrange a replacement or full refund
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
